- AC Condenser Installation: Our team expertly handled AC condenser installation, enhancing cooling efficiency with a new 16 SEER unit.
- Site Assessment and Preparation: We assessed the site, measured space for furnace and ductwork, and ensured gas, electric, and venting access.
- Removal of Existing Furnace: We disconnected gas, electricity, and venting systems from the old furnace, dismantled and removed it from the premises, and disposed of it in compliance with local regulations.
- Installation of the New Furnace: We positioned the new furnace, customized and installed sheet metal transitions and ductwork, connected gas and electrical supplies securely, and ensured safe venting.
- Venting Installation: As necessary, we installed new vent pipes, adhering to code requirements, and sealed the venting system to prevent carbon monoxide leakage.
- System Testing and Calibration: We thoroughly tested and calibrated the new furnace for optimal efficiency and safety, including a combustion analysis and adjustments.
- Final Inspection and Customer Walkthrough: After a final inspection to ensure compliance with local codes, we cleaned up the installation area and provided a detailed walkthrough for the customer, explaining operation and maintenance.
