Our founder, Cornel Morariu, has more than 40 years of experience in the plumbing industry. When he began this journey in his homeland of Romania, the only vehicle he had to carry all of his tools, pipes, and fittings was a bicycle.
Today, Cornel’s Plumbing, Heating & Air has more than 35 employees and offers full-service residential plumbing, heating and air. We believe in getting the job done right the first time and providing our customers with 100% satisfaction. If a customer is not completely happy for whatever reason, we will do everything within our power to make it right.

Evian, Baxter, and Ben K. handled the entire modernization of our supply and waste lines perfectly—and they did it at a price that beat out their competitors!Their communication with us was 10/10—always upfront and willing to answer every question. But what truly left me speechless was their communication with each other as a team. Watching them work was incredible; it was like they could read each other's minds!I know our crawl space was a major challenge, but they did a FANTASTIC job navigating it. They even discovered our toilet was leaking from previous damage; we bought a new one, and they gladly installed it and even disposed of the old one for us! We had electrical grounding in our quote, but they informed us it wasn't actually needed and lowered our price accordingly instead of just charging us for it. I was also incredibly happy with the finish work—the new faucets and spouts look beautiful and really modernize the space.The crew worked overtime to ensure my family had running water and a working toilet for the weekend. They were incredibly kind to my family and our dogs, and even offered us drinks or food when one of them went on their lunch runs. They took on a big project and absolutely nailed it. Our hot water heater broke suddenly last night. Jake at Cornel came quickly, fixed the issue, showed us how to troubleshoot for next time, and helped us … view more figure out how to save money. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing in an easy to understand way. After running some quick numbers, we ended up getting the 1 year membership so it will be easier and more cost effective to schedule follow up maintenance for our HVAC as well, since that hasn't been looked at in almost 10 years & we've been meaning to do that anyways.
